SENIOR MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGER

Join the fastest-growing agency in New Jersey and be a part of the Looney family. Seeking a Senior Account Executive with Consumer and B2B experience. This role will develop and implement online marketing programs and strategies that drive business growth for a variety of clients across the Quattro portfolio. This role will focus heavily on SEO programs, however, experience running PPC, native/programmatic, or other digital marketing/media programs is highly desired. This is a hybrid role in Montclair, NJ.

*This is a hybrid position: on-site in our COVID-safe Montclair office.


  • Develop and manage SEO or other digital marketing programs from strategy creation through execution and analysis

  • Create and manage analytics for each client based on agreed upon KPI’s

  • Maintain an exceptional level of SEO understanding through constant research, educational growth, and on-client experience as to provide increased agency knowledge, but more importantly, client education

  • Dependent on past experience, work on cross-discipline programs to facilitate unified marketing programs from start to finish

  • Demonstrates writing excellence when crafting internal and external materials and correspondence.

  • Ensure successful implementation of media strategies internally.

  • Monitors programming to ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Executes account priorities and communicates them accurately and efficiently to team members.

  • Commits to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills; sets and pursues goals.

  • Executes on established scope-of-work and maintains client expectations.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years media agency, full-service agency or client experience.

  • At least 3-4+ years of SEO experience required

  • Experience with SEMRush, Sprout, Google Trends, Adwords SEO/digital media tools a plus

  • Google certification not required, but highly recommended

  • Experience working with CMS technologies like Magento,  WordPress preferred

  • Has a thorough understanding of clients’ business and competitive environments.

  • Demonstrates the ability to successfully navigate communication across a diverse client roster including tailoring tone, delivery, evaluating approach, etc. when necessary.

  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage team efforts.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Innovative thinker - ability to develop creative solutions and contribute to new programs.

  • Evaluate creative ideas from clients and staff.

  • Exhibits understanding of digital and social marketing, leading trends and changes and current landscape.

  • Proven ability to consistently make sound judgments and effectively motivate and manage team members.

  • Manages client programs.

  • Works with leadership aligning current and new team members
