Responsibilities

• Organizing agency infrastructure and partners.

• Ability to multi-task across multiple companies.

• Self-starter always thinking about what is needed to get done.

• Administrative assistance including personal planning.

• Gatekeeper and filter for vendors, clients and employees.

• Project management skills across a variety of tasks.

• Production studio support.

• Coordinating travel arrangements, production crews, construction deadlines, etc.

• Organizing award show entries and PR opportunities

• Supporting the production, creative, and account teams on special projects as they arise

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, documents, reports and tracking expenses

• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
