ART DIRECTOR/DESIGNER

We're looking for a talented art director/designer that wants to work with smart, national clients. In this position, you will work closely with a fun team, an award-winning Creative Director and have the freedom to pursue every creative opportunity. Our new production studio will be your playground and our creative reputation will push your work.

*This is a hybrid position: on-site in our COVID-safe Montclair office.

Responsibilities

  • Concept, design and content development on multiple accounts.

  • In-depth understanding of requirements for different media channels and ability to integrate cross platform.

  • Production capable across digital, social, video, print, collateral, etc.

  • Manage all assignments, tasks and collaborate with internal teams so that the client’s expectations are exceeded within deadlines.

  • Hybrid skill set that helps contribute beyond design to web development, editing, retouching, motion graphics, etc.

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years experience at an advertising agency (You can be a recent graduate)

  • Killer portfolio

  • Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop

  • Ability to work in web platforms like SquareSpace or HTML a plus

  • Motion Graphics a plus

  • Passion for learning client’s business and positive team attitude

  • References available upon request
