ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Come be a part of the the fastest growing agency in New Jersey. Our Account Lead is looking for a multitasking, super-organized, account executive with consumer and B2B experience. In this position, you will be responsible for helping manage the day to day across multiple accounts. You will get client exposure and and be an in integral team member managing an internal team of resources. You will be reporting to a senior account executive.

*This is a hybrid position: on-site in our COVID-safe Montclair office.

  • Support an Account Director on multiple accounts.

  • Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their marketing and advertising requirements.

  • Help develop detailed marketing program proposals.

  • Act as a key day-to-day client contact and internal client representative.

  • Manage all assignments, tasks and collaborate with project management so that the client’s needs are met and expectations exceeded.

  • Initiate communication streams and meetings between internal staff and clients.

  • Facilitate client briefings, help develop creative briefs.

  • Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to prepare and help present deliverables in all facets of the client’s assignments and campaigns.

  • Present creative work and campaign performance reporting to clients for approval or modification.

  • Develop project estimates, schedules and manage resource needs to support your client’s programs.

  • Foster long standing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or a related field

  • 2-5 years experience at an advertising agency

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Passion for learning client’s business

  • Superior client relationship-building ability

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, including time and resource management
